We are having so much fun with our two beautiful Chinese blessings! As Kyle has mentioned, Megan is going through some rought grieveing times but with our love and patience it seems to be lessening. Just pray that she will bond with Kyle now as there is very little that she is letting him do these past couple of days.
As you can see in the photo, Natalee has taken to Daddy's love of video-taping. We don't have nearly the number of hours from Natalee's adoption trip - which is okay as we had to have "dramamine" to watch it all.
Thank you all for posting comments, we love to read them, especially Natalee. We had hoped to call home last night (Sat here - Sat am at home) but Megan was struggling so we all ended up falling asleep. Kyle has done a great job posting what's been going on so I'll just share a few more photos. Blessings everyone, thanks for your prayers!
Greetings from N.C. We love seeing the pictures that you post. Technology is amazing isn't it. Kyle, I can fully understand how you feel about bonding with Megan. Do you remember how Christa and I got along for the first few days? I couldn't look at her without upsetting her. Remember that God's timing is perfect. It will come and both of you will be the stronger for it. With Christa all it took was a simple ice cream cone (chocolate of course) and a door was opened. We both know that the ice cream really didn't open the door to her heart, but God did. He will open Megan's heart to. He is with you every step of the way. We will continue to remember you and your family in our prayers and pray for a safe trip home.
